Our Department provides high quality deliverables by implementing standard management programs and tools. Our Quality Control foundation is based on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Program, as its three phases of control process has been proven over decades to be the best approach. To ensure timely completion of projects, we utilize Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and/or excel formats. And although being mentioned last, we always put Safety first, having our Site Safety and Health Officers are trained and certified (OSHA & EM 385-1-1 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).
