As a project manager, you will be responsible for helping to keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget. This involves leading a project team and ensuring you are aware of all details so you can keep the client up to date.
The job role of a project manager involves the following duties:

【Tokyo Office】 DDC Project Engineer

The Construction Project Engineer for Direct Digital Controls (DDC) is responsible for providing supervision and direction to the work crew, ensuring that all of their tasks are performed according to the company's standards.

You'll be working closely with the project manager and other engineers to ensure that all engineering practices are up to code, and that construction is completed on schedule. Also, you wiill work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that their needs are met throughout the process.

Some other responsibilities:

・Produce or participate in design/conceptual development based on the required sequence of operations and other requirements.
・Provide onsite and remote support commissioning system design changes.

・As a healthcare facility electrician, you focus on preventative and maintenance measures to maintain equipment, and wiring and diagnose problems when malfunctions happen.

・Equipment repair, check breakers and switches for issues, and ensure generators are operating properly, both for convenience, patient and worker safety.

・Responsibilities also include following protocal for ensuring patient health and safety whild performing typical electricain dities such as rewiring light fixtures and sesponding to power outages.
